Description
As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will be focused on developing a software product with millions of users – an indispensable part of life of the Swiss inhabitants. You will be working with our .NET backend and our React frontend on defining, building, testing and deploying new features and maintaining our existing application. Your responsibilities would be to collaborate closely with other developers, the Product Owner and UX/UI Experts adhering to the Scrum principles and to take an active role in scrum events and the shaping of the team‘s way of working.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, test and deploy new features and maintain our existing application
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure that design meets business requirements, and a high user experience is achieved
- Assure quality through peer reviews / pull requests
- Provide support for designated production systems
- Take an active role in scrum events and the shaping of the team‘s way of working
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in web applications development using .NET framework and C#
- Strong knowledge in the following web technologies: ASP.NET (with focus on ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API), JavaScript (Client, Server, Node, jQuery, ReactJS), HTML5, CSS3, HTTP protocol, Data format (JSON, XML…), Ajax, Security
- Strong knowledge and experience in design/concepts
- Previous experience with MS SQL/NHibernate is a plus
- Knowledge and/or experience in SOA/Micro-services will be considered as an asset
- Experience with Elasticsearch will be a plus
- Experience with MS Azure will be considered as an asset
- Experience with version control with GitHub, and with Kibana & Datadog for monitoring
